Daniel Bautista, ES/MS Media Lab Specialist

Tell us about yourself.
I was born and raised in Hoboken, NJ where I spent most of my free time playing basketball and baseball. I was part of a small community congregation where I developed a passion for music at a very young age. That passion led me to eventually become a worship Leader. Now, after twenty-five years, I am still excited about leading people into worship as the first day.

Tell us the story of how God brought you to work at EC.
I graduated from SCS Business and Technical Institute obtaining a certificate and later attended AIU University. Currently, I am in the process of furthering my education. I taught technology at Stevens Cooperative School in Hoboken for fifteen years where I also developed curriculum for grades 1st through 8th. After over a decade of teaching technology, I decided to nurture my desire to do multimedia freelance work and in the process, served as a substitute teacher for Mustard Seed School and Eastern Christian Middle School. While substituting at ECMS I was inspired by an educational environment that is truly God centered.

Eastern Christian is a place where academics and faith are in harmony. It is a true community of people who love the Lord, pray for one another, are highly professional and devoted to facilitate the highest standard of education to children. I am truly honored to form part of the EC family.
